How do i order?

To order quite simply find the product you want and click “add to basket”. Once the item is added to the basket you can then proceed to checkout to make payment securely. Alternatively you can contact us and we can send you a online invoice to your email address and then you can make payment using this method. 

Where is my order?

You can find all information relating to your order and its delivery status in your Order History.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all common bank cards as payment including visa, mastercard, paypal.

can you arrange finance?

Yes here at HelloElegant we are able to provide credit solutions. If you cannot see the information then by means contact us and we can discuss your options.

Once paid what shall i do?

Easy, we await confirmation that the payment has been received and then we will post securely to your registered address. You dont have to do anything at this stage. We will send you the tracking number.

How can i be sure the watch is 100% genuine and not fake?

Here at HelloElegant, we very carefully pick and source our stock from various leading companies around the world. Once we receive watches we authenticate furthermore by dismantling and inspecting all the features of the watch. We are against counterfeit products and would never sell them.

Do you offer part exchange?

Yes we accept part exchange watches in any condition. Furthermore we would also accept part exchange of other fine jewellery too. just contact us and attach pictures and we can arrange a price.

Do you buy watches?

Yes 100%. Although we focus mainly on Cartier watches, We would also purchase other branded watches too. 

Is the watch i want in stock?

Yes the watch is in stock and available.

Can i inspect the watch before paying?

No, we would require full payment and two forms of identification prior to viewing. If you no longer liked the item once viewing then we would refund immediately. These stricts measures are taken to prevent theft and scams.

Yes. if you receive the watch and notice its too small or too big then by all means return the watch and we can adjust for you at extra cost. Cost is calculated based on the watch and how many links you required. We dont stock links so we could look to source links for you to complete the work or you can purchase links elsewhere and we can just make the adjustment. If you read the listing before purchasing then you will notice the current measurement of the watch and what size wrist it will fit.

Do you offer warranty?

All of our watches are full inspected and serviced prior to selling and so yes we offer 1 month warranties subject to terms and conditions. Watches that have been tampered with will void warranty claim. watches that have been subject to abuse will void warranty claims. Watches with water damage will void warranty claims. If the caseback has been opened within the warranty time then watch will void a warranty claim. We mark our watches with small invisible marks so we can always know if a caseback has been opened if a warranty claim was made. Of course we always would like to help customers if a problem developed but we would have to establish the cause of the problem before.
