1. RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

HelloElegant (“We”, “us”, “ our”) accepts returns or exchanges of all watches/ products (“Products”) eligible to return (as defined in HelloElegant General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized Products and for any other Product that you was informed at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned (in accordance with applicable law) (“Non-returnable Products”).

We only allow exchanges on the same Product (same price) in a different size/color. If you would like to receive a different Product or the same Product in a different color instead, please return your Product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like.

Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, Product certificates) and protective covers included.

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

2. RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a Product. To this effect you may:

– connect to https://www.helloelegant.co.uk, log in to your account, go your Order History and complete the online return form by selecting the Product(s) you would like to return and indicating the quantity and reason for return;

or

– contact our Client Service for assistance at +44 (0)77 5236 8860 or send an email to [email protected].

To exchange a Product, you may contact our Client Service at +44 (0)77 5236 8860 or [email protected].

You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request. Please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse or to the nearest store:

– Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; Place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;

– Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely.

– Visit the carrier website or contact the Client Service to arrange for collection. Alternatively, you may drop the box to the nearest carrier drop-off location;

or

– Return the Product(s) purchased online from the English website to HelloElegant in person at a arranged time and date.

Please note that Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return or exchange.

3. REFUNDS – EXCHANGES

Upon receipt of a Product for which a return or exchange was requested, we will inspect the Product to ensure that the return / exchange conditions specified above in Article 1 are met. Subject to the Product meeting those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase except in case of payment by cash on delivery where refunds will be made by bank transfer.

Refunds will occur no later than 14 days from the date we received back from you the Products, or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is the earliest. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND ON A CREDIT CARD THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I USED FOR THE ORDER ?

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.

How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?

Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address provided to you. Note the returns address is different so contact us first.

Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items purchased on helloelegant.co.uk may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.  

Can I return a personalised item?

Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 

WARRANTY POLICY

Please note that warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. The warranty given is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty.

terms of warranty

The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear and tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mistreating and mishandling are also excluded.

Damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer’s guidance is also not warranted.

Wear of the watch strap and or bracelet links is not covered by warranty.

Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products which have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty.

The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and waterproofness of the watch.

what happens when warranty expires?

When the Warranty Period expires, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge regardless of how the problem occured.

what is not covered?
  • defects and damage resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident,
  • watches where the original serial number that was present when sold by us and no longer visible or tampered with or where any part of the original watch back or any original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced
  • normal maintenance and cleaning, as well as normal wear and tear and ageing of the watch
  • defects caused by abuse eg dents/dings/cracks to anywhere on the watch
  • any repairs that have been carried out by another company with not be covered
  • no watch will be covered if there is water damage caused to the watch when the water was not water proof. please ask us if it is water resistant or splash resistant before buying.
